As a Reiki Master and spiritual guide she has supported more than eight thousand individuals through one-to-one Reiki, sound healing, meditation and counselling, with a particular focus on chronic stress, anxiety and emotional trauma.

Why Practice Yoga With Us in Kathmandu?

What makes our Kathmandu Valley wellness centre different

Spiritual Heart of Nepal

The Kathmandu Valley is home to Boudhanath, Swayambhunath and Pashupatinath. Centuries of living yogic and Buddhist tradition surround your practice.

Himalayan Ashram-Trained Teachers

Our lead instructors trained for years in the Himalayan ashram lineage, bringing authentic guru-shishya parampara transmission to every session.

Classical, Not Fitness Yoga

Traditional Hatha and Ashtanga as taught in the lineage: alignment, pranayama, meditation and philosophy, not gym-style flow.

A Calm Valley Setting

A quiet, green corner of the Kathmandu Valley near the Shivapuri–Nagarjun forest, away from city traffic: space to actually slow down.

Complete Wellness Under One Roof

Yoga, Reiki, sound healing and meditation in one centre. Build a practice that combines movement, energy work and stillness.
