Booking & Refund Policy

We want booking with us to feel clear and fair. This policy explains how deposits, balance payments, cancellations and refunds work across our sessions, courses, teacher training and retreats. If anything is unclear, message us before you book and we will talk it through.
How to book
You can enquire and book through WhatsApp, email or the contact form on this site. For single sessions we usually arrange a time directly. For courses, teacher training and retreats we hold your place once a deposit is received and confirmed in writing.
Deposits and balance
- •Single sessions (Reiki, sound healing, healing sessions, one-day programs): payable in full at the time of the session, or in advance to reserve a specific slot.
- •Courses and teacher training (Reiki levels, singing bowl courses, 200-hour YTT): a deposit of 20% secures your place; the balance is due on or before the first day.
- •Retreats: a deposit of 25% secures your place; the balance is due 30 days before the start date. For luxury and Mustang retreats the deposit may be higher because accommodation is reserved on your behalf.
Cancellation by you
If you need to cancel, tell us as early as you can. Our standard refund tiers for courses, training and retreats are:
- •More than 30 days before the start date: full refund less the deposit (the deposit can usually be transferred to a later date within 12 months).
- •15 to 30 days before: 50% of the total fee is refundable.
- •Less than 15 days before: the fee is non-refundable, but we will do our best to let you transfer to a future date.
- •Single sessions: please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule without charge.
Transfers and rescheduling
Life happens. In most cases your deposit or fee can be moved to a later intake within 12 months instead of being refunded, which is often the easiest option for both of us. Transfers are subject to availability on the new dates.
Cancellation or changes by us
If we have to cancel a course or retreat (for example due to weather, Himalayan road conditions, or low enrolment), you may choose a full refund of the amount you paid us, or a transfer to a comparable future date. Where we change a teacher, route or accommodation for reasons outside our control, we will provide a comparable alternative of equal standard.
What is not refundable
Costs paid by you to third parties (flights, visas, travel insurance, personal trekking gear) are not refundable through us. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical care and trip interruption for all retreats and training.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to your original payment method where possible. Any bank or transfer fees are deducted from the refunded amount. To request a refund or transfer, contact us at info@jivanparivartan.com or +977-9818514837 on WhatsApp.
