Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing by email or WhatsApp and, for courses, teacher training and retreats, received the 20% deposit. Healing sessions need no deposit. Until then, dates and places are held provisionally only.

Payments and pricing

Prices are quoted in US dollars, except the stress management programs, which are priced in Nepali rupees. The deposit is paid by bank transfer, and the balance is due on arrival in US dollars cash, Nepalese rupees at the rate on the day, or by bank transfer. Prices for retreats and teacher training include the inclusions listed on the relevant page; flights, visas, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included unless stated.

Health, suitability and your responsibility

• •You are responsible for telling us about any medical condition, injury, pregnancy or medication that could affect your participation, before you book and on arrival.
• •Yoga, breathwork, Reiki, sound healing and meditation are complementary practices. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological care, and we do not diagnose or treat illness.
• •You take part in all physical practice at your own pace and within your own limits. If in doubt, consult your doctor before attending.

Conduct during courses and retreats

We ask all participants to respect the teachers, fellow students, the centre, retreat hosts and the local community and culture. We reserve the right to ask anyone whose behaviour endangers or seriously disrupts others to leave a course or retreat without refund.

Changes and cancellations by us

We may sometimes need to change a teacher, a date or, on the Mustang retreat, a route, for example because of weather, road conditions or other reasons outside our control. If this happens we will offer a comparable alternative. If we cancel a program, you choose between a full refund, including the deposit, or a free transfer to a later date, as set out in our Booking & Refund Policy.

Liability

We take reasonable care in delivering every session, course and retreat. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, or from a participant not following guidance or not disclosing a relevant health condition. Travel insurance is required for all retreats and mandatory for the Himalayan Luxury Retreat, and we recommend it for training.

Intellectual property

Course materials, manuals and content provided to you are for your personal use and may not be reproduced or taught commercially without our written permission. Website content remains the property of Jivan Parivartan.
