Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit or full payment and have sent you a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Until then, dates and places are held provisionally only.

Payments and pricing

Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and may be paid in EUR, USD or Nepalese rupees at the equivalent rate on the day. Prices for retreats and teacher training include the inclusions listed on the relevant page; flights, visas, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included unless stated.

Health, suitability and your responsibility

• •You are responsible for telling us about any medical condition, injury, pregnancy or medication that could affect your participation, before you book and on arrival.
• •Yoga, breathwork, Reiki, sound healing and meditation are complementary practices. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological care, and we do not diagnose or treat illness.
• •You take part in all physical practice at your own pace and within your own limits. If in doubt, consult your doctor before attending.

Conduct during courses and retreats

We ask all participants to respect the teachers, fellow students, the centre, retreat hosts and the local community and culture. We reserve the right to ask anyone whose behaviour endangers or seriously disrupts others to leave a course or retreat without refund.

Changes and cancellations by us

Very occasionally we may need to change a teacher, date, route or accommodation, for example because of weather, road conditions in the Himalayas, or circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens we will offer a comparable alternative or, if we cancel entirely, a refund as set out in our Booking & Refund Policy.

Liability

We take reasonable care in delivering every session, course and retreat. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, or from a participant not following guidance or not disclosing a relevant health condition. We strongly recommend that all retreat and training participants hold their own travel and medical insurance.

Intellectual property

Course materials, manuals and content provided to you are for your personal use and may not be reproduced or taught commercially without our written permission. Website content remains the property of Jivan Parivartan.
